1. Introduction

Welcome to AIMentorLearrn, hosted at AIMentorLearrn.com. These terms govern access to and use of our services, digital products, and physical goods.

3. Scope

These terms apply to the following categories:

• Services: live training, workshops, coaching sessions.
• Digital Information Products: e-books, video tutorials, downloadable guides.
• Physical Goods: printed materials, branded merchandise.

4. Services

Bookings for live programs and coaching sessions are refundable if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Refund requests will be processed within 14 days and issued via the original payment channel. Participants may transfer their booking to another session up to 3 days before the start date at no extra fee. If a service is explicitly marked as non-refundable—such as on-demand one-on-one consultations—this will be communicated during signup and is necessary to secure personalized time.

5. Digital Information Products

Access to downloadable resources and on-demand courses is granted immediately upon purchase. These products are not eligible for refunds once access credentials or download links have been provided, as distribution is irreversible.

6. Physical Goods

Materials and merchandise can be sent back for a refund request within 30 days of receipt, provided items remain unopened and in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send items to us for inspection. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the items and issued via the original payment channel.

7. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted through our contact form. We review each request individually. Refunds are typically issued to the same method used for purchase. For services that are marked non-refundable, no refund will be provided due to the immediate allocation of instructor time and resources.

8. Cancellations and Transfers

Customers may cancel services as described above. Transfers to alternate dates or equivalent offerings are allowed where noted and must be arranged at least 3 days before the original date. Transfers for digital products and goods are not applicable once access or shipment has occurred.

9. Changes to Terms

AIMentorLearrn reserves the right to update these terms. Major changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective year.
